PAYPAL You can use your credit or debit card by going to the PayPal page and choosing such on the left side.  PayPal is a secure site; look for the lock.  If you don't have a credit card, a PayPal account does not take long to open, usually 2-3 business days while they check your bank account for accuracy. Do not let this prevent you from opening a PayPal account and ordering this product once your account is confirmed. You want to file your appeal right away, though. See Appeals for proper wording. You will have plenty of time to review and plan your strategies before the hearing.
